What is KIDtober?
Thank you for visiting our webpage
If you have landed on our page, you may be wondering what KIDtober is…
Well, as its name suggests, KIDtober is a range of events designed for children and families held during the October school holidays. Imagine two weeks of JAM-PACKED school holiday fun for all children, from birth to 12 years old and their families to enjoy. Sounds great, right?!
The event started in 2017 and celebrates the wonderful activities, resources and services on offer to families in and around the Port Pirie Port Pirie Regional Council region, and each year the event gets bigger and better!
KIDtober happens thanks to a committee of passionate local people and a range of local services and community groups. The committee are grateful for the support of it’s sponsors Uniting Country SA, Port Pirie Regional Council and Big Day Productions. At KIDtober, we are passionate about nature play, community, family fun and celebrating what we have available in our incredible backyard.
